Located on Wilshire Boulevard just west of the Harbor (I-110) Freeway, the TENTEN Wilshire project involved the adaptive re-use of an existing 16-story office building into 227 joint live/work condominium units with ground floor commercial space.
The project included improvements to an existing office building, which is being utilized as “live, work, play” creative office space.
Craig Lawson & Co., LLC prepared and processed several complex entitlement applications for the project, including approvals under the Central City West Specific Plan.
