This project is located at 948 S. Figueroa Street, on the northeast corner of Figueroa and Olympic Boulevard, across from LA LIVE.

Craig Lawson & Co., LLC prepared and processed the entitlements to allow a 26-story mixed-use high-rise building. The building, now known as “717 Olympic”, includes one level of subterranean parking, retail use and a residential lobby on the ground floor, six levels of above-grade parking and 19 floors of residential apartment use.

CLC also prepared and processed entitlements allowing off-site signage, as part of a Sign District for this entire block. The 717 Olympic building was completed in 2008, and has won several design awards.
