Located at 770 S. Grand Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles, the 8th & Grand Mixed Use Project is a mid-rise (7 story) project with 700 residential units as well as tenant amenities such as private balconies, two pools, BBQ areas, and a lounge with a bar and dining area. The project includes a total of 607,320 square feet of floor area, including 557,320 square feet of residential floor area and 50,000 square feet of commercial floor area. Of that commercial space, approximately 42,000 square feet is dedicated to a full-service Whole Foods Market grocery store, the first Whole Foods Market to open in Downtown Los Angeles.

Craig Lawson & Co., LLC prepared and processed the land use entitlements for the project as well as the approvals for the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
