Barker Block is an adaptive reuse of an historic warehouse, incorporating original and historic elements in the updated and re-imagined residential units.

Craig Lawson & Co., LLC has prepared and processed the land use entitlements for the majority of the completed projects in the Arts District area of Downtown Los Angeles. This projects utilizes the unique industrial character of the building to create joint living and work environments with large open floor plans, high ceilings, and oversized windows.
