Constructed in 1925 as the west coast headquarters of the National Biscuit Company, the building has been converted to 229 live/work units over ground-floor retail and restaurants. The Biscuit Company Lofts blend meticulous period craftsmanship and architectural integrity with an array of modern conveniences and brilliant contemporary design.

Craig Lawson & Co., LLC has prepared and processed the land use entitlements for the majority of the completed projects in the Arts District area of Downtown Los Angeles. This projects utilizes the unique industrial character of the building to create joint living and work environments with large open floor plans, high ceilings, and oversized windows.
