Three LED Digital Signs
Fig at 7th (formerly known as “Seventh Market Place”) opened in 1986 in the Financial District in Downtown Los Angeles with Bullock’s and the May Company as retail anchors. After these anchors closed, the mall underwent a major redesign by the Gensler architecture firm.
The mall at Fig at 7th reopened in 2012 with a new food court area called “TASTE.” Craig Lawson & Co., LLC coordinated the processing and approval of a Master Conditional Use Permit to sell alcoholic beverages at the retail and restaurant lease spaces and individual Master Plan Approvals for Alcohol for several tenants. A Tentative Tract Map was also processed and approved to create a 4-parcel airspace subdivision. CLC also coordinated the approval of 3 LED digital signs, approximately 150 square feet each.
