Hart Village is an affordable housing project with two and three bedroom units.Located in the Canoga Park area of the City of Los Angeles, this completed project includes 48 residential units and a 4,800 square foot child care facility. Built in two groups, the buildings consist of three to four stories of wood frame over one level of on-grade podium parking.

Craig Lawson & Co., LLC prepared and processed the applications for entitlements for the project, including representation at several public hearings.
