Located at 655 Hope Street on the northeast corner of the intersection of 7th Street and Hope Street in Downtown Los Angeles, this site is an existing 16-story building located atop the 7th Street Metro Center subway station.

Craig Lawson & Co., LLC successfully prepared and processed the entitlements to adaptively reuse this office building into 80 joint live/work condominium units with 8,274 square feet of ground floor retail space and 85 parking spaces.

In 2008, CLC also prepared and processed a Conditional Use Permit for the sale of alcoholic beverages within a ground floor restaurant.

This project provides high-density residential units in the downtown area without eliminating existing housing.
