Craig Lawson & Co., LLC prepared and processed a Project Permit Compliance application and related entitlements within the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment District Specific Plan area for a 23-story hotel project with approximately 400 hotel rooms in 373,000 square feet.

Working with the project developers, CLC received approvals for two Marriott brand hotels within a single structure (Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn) as well special approvals for digital signage.This $172 million project was completed in June of 2014 and is in full operation.
