Currently under construction, the Metropolis Mega Project is a two phased, mixed-use development with four towers above podium levels.Phase 1 includes an 18-story, 350 room hotel building (Hotel Indigo) with 4,600 square feet of ground level retail and a 38-story, 308-unit residential condominium building with ground floor retail. Phase 2 includes a mixed-use building with 1,250 residential condominium units in two towers (40-story and a 56-story) over 67,000 square feet of commercial floor area. Phase 1 is expected to be completed in early 2017 and Phase 2 is expected to be completed in late 2018.

Craig Lawson & Co., LLC coordinated the processing of complex entitlements approved by CRA/LA and City Planning Department which included Downtown Design Guide Conformance Review, Site Plan Review, art program, tract map modifications, alcohol conditional use permit, and zone variances. CLC is presently coordinating the Conditional Use Permits for the sale of alcoholic beverages and the processing of a Signage Supplemental Use District for the project.
