One Santa Fe is a mixed use project located on a 4-acre site at 100-300 South Santa Fe Avenue in the Arts District in downtown Los Angeles. This iconic project, designed by Michael Maltzan, consists of 438 residential apartments units with 78,620 square feet of retail/commercial space.
Craig Lawson & Co., LLC coordinated the entitlements for the project, including the retail/commercial portion known as the “Yards at One Santa Fe” with 24 individual tenant spaces. CLC prepared and processed a Master Conditional Use Permit for Alcohol (seven lease spaces were approved to sell alcohol), and CLC has also coordinated the Master Plan Approvals for Alcohol with several of the tenants (including “Café Gratitude”). Yards at One Santa Fe currently serves as a popular center to dine and shop for residents of and visitors to the Arts District.
