This project is located at the southwest corner of Ventura Boulevard and Coldwater Canyon. The project involved the demolition of a vacant gas station and mini-mart and construction of a new, 4,457 square foot Wells Fargo Bank branch with ATMs. The project also included two, 27-square-foot wall signs.

Craig Lawson & Co., LLC prepared and processed the entitlements for the project, including approvals under the Ventura Boulevard Specific Plan.
